Our story

Construction deserves an insurance partner that understands construction.

Most contractors buy bonds and insurance from people who have never read a soil report, priced a change order, or waited on an inspection. We built BLDAssure to change that.

Our parent company, Trajan.ai, builds construction risk technology for carriers, MGAs, and brokers. BLDAssure brings that same expertise directly to contractors and property owners: surety bonds you can apply for online, insurance compared across carriers, and plain answers about what each policy covers.
